Word From The Holy Spirit, October 28, 1995

I AM here to touch thee MY people. For I AM here to speak to the hearts of MY ones. And I AM here to share the generosity of MY blessings to those. But I have called many times and I speak many times, but MY people refuse.
MY people do not move. They feel like they are well off like they are. They do not move as I call upon them! And I say, MY Spirit is here beckoning to thee, MY ones, not to thee only, but those around about thee.
MY Spirit wants to move in all the churches. MY Spirit wants to move in all groups that say they are MY children. MY Spirit wants to move in a glorious and a grateful way, in a powerful way, saith the Spirit of God.
I AM here this night to encourage those ones. But I say, there is discouragement in MY camp! For there is many of MY people that have walked in victory, and this night they no longer walk in victory. They no longer walk in MY joy. And they have lost MY blessings!
And I AM calling thee this night that thou would pray as thou has never prayed before! Thou would seek MY face as a group of people, that thou would intercede for this City, thou would intercede for this Land, that thou would pray without ceasing, that thou would do a holy fast, that thou would call and I would visit thy heart, that thou would do the will of the Father, that the Lord thy God would move as HE has never moved before.
Because, I say, THE COMING is very soon! And yet, MY people are not ready! I say harvest is come, truly the Summer is past. Harvest is near! And yet, MY people do not move! MY people do not move. They do not even see! When they hear MY message, many do not move!
And I AM here this night to grant to thee, MY people, that thou would no longer walk in the visitation of the OLD MAN, or the old ways, or by the visitation from the enemy. For he has need to have no part in thy life, NO LONGER! I say again: he has NOT, no need, to have any right, or in thy life also.
I AM calling thee that thou might be a people led by MY Spirit, that thou might be above reproach, that thou might come out from among this World, that MY people might identify themselves to ME, saith the Spirit of God, that they might walk by the visitation of MY holy power, that they might walk in the glorious days, in these last days, that joy would be written on their faces! The joy would be written in their heart! Their words would speak joy. Their words would speak blessings. And they would no longer curse their brother or their sister. But, they would walk in victory. They would walk gloriously, clad [clothed] by the Spirit, of MY Spirit!
Yea, it is MY delight to visit MY people, MY ones, MY children this last days, TO CLOTHE THEM WITH THE BRIGHTNESS OF MY MANY COLORS, to array them with the glorious power of MY blessings upon them, to visit their hearts with the gifts, the powers, the blessings,
But I say, MY people go and move, they are afraid of ME saith the Spirit of God, They are afraid to come in to where I want them. And through that they become very disobedient. They become wayward! And pretty soon they are working in their flesh. And they are trying to please ME in their flesh. And I say MY people, it is impossible to please ME in your flesh! Because, I say, the flesh CANNOT PLEASE ME!! It takes MY Spirit!
And those that will yield to MY Spirit, and allow MY Spirit to come into their lives, then I the Lord thy God shall do a great work! And they shall no longer work their own willful way, but they will move as the Spirit moves upon them!
AND I SAY, THERE IS A GREAT DIFFERENCE, SAITH THE SPIRIT OF GOD! And I say, there is a great difference when MY Spirit moves upon you, and you yield to MY Spirit. It brings gladness to the heart of ME saith the Spirit of God. And also it brings gladness to the heart of the one that I move upon!
And I shall spread that joy to that one that receives ME with gladness. And I shall fill them with power and a blessing that they have never had before. It is MY delight to put the joy within MY people, that MY people would walk in victory.
For MY people have been moved upon by the enemy too long! And he has taken ground over MY people. It is about time for MY people to take the rightful position, that they might redeem the ground that has been lost, that MY people might be very victorious, that MY people might be very strong in these last days, that MY people might be very courageous, that MY people would be determined to go forth! And they would not, no longer, be weakened to the power the enemy has taken place in the past.
But, they would walk in abilitation, speaking in the Spirit CONTINUALLY, that they might move, no longer consumed with the spirit of the flesh, that they would walk as a new child. And I say, the Spirit is willing, oh hallelujah, but this flesh is weak. But I say, also, the flesh is willing and the spirit is weak also.
I say these last days MY spirit of MY people is very weak! MY spirit of MY people has gone back to a degree they have left MY calling, they have left MY anointing, they have left that first place, they have left that first love! Through that they are wandering through the desert, they are wandering as it was, the children of Israel. And they are wandering in the desert!
And I say the enemy will consume them if their lives are not regained back unto ME. They will lose out, because I cannot allow MY people to go backward! MY people must go forward! Did not MY Word say he that looketh back from the plow is not fit for the Kingdom of Heaven??! I say, it is very true! MY people must plan! Yes, MY people must plan that I would never come. But they must be ready that I come this moment.
MY people must be planned that they would move out, by MY Spirit, that they would be in MY hands, whether I came this night or whether I came twenty years from now, or thirty years from now. MY people must realize that they must serve ME with all their heart, with all their soul. And I AM looking for such a people that will yield to ME to do this, and I will take great, great pleasure in those that will come and yield themselves and bow their knee toward ME.
And I the Lord thy God shall take pleasure among those. And I will move upon them in a mighty way, in a special way, and aye [yes], even in a surprising way that they will not even understand what they have been missing, until they come and allow ME to fulfill this fulfillment in their hearts and lives, that they might regain what the enemy has taken from them.
MY people, look to ME! Search ME! Call upon ME! Pray without ceasing! Pray in that heavenly language. I have given thee that tongue, that thou might build up thyself in the most holy faith, praying in the SPIRIT!
MY people do not take time to pray, and they want ministries! But they do not take time to do the ground work that is ahead of the ministry. But, they have not paid the price, in paying the price before the ministry. And, saith the Spirit of God, that is where the trouble has laid. And it still remains there.
MY people, I say, a Bible school does not do it! I say, a lot of things, even though they are good [don’t do it]. But, I say it takes MY Spirit. And MY Spirit is those that move upon them, shall be moved upon, only as MY Spirit conducts, only as MY Spirit says.
No longer should or must [a] man, that is in the position of saving souls, come under his own guidelines!!! He must yield to the ONE that he serves! The ONE that he serves, he must yield to that ONE, and no other!
I say, denominations will bring divisions. Men will bring divisions. But I say, MY Spirit will bring togetherness! MY Spirit will bring holiness! And MY Spirit will bring a power in this last days that will move, come against, the tests of times. And it will stand!
And those that will gain and move upon by that Spirit, yea, in these last days they will be as a mighty hand from heaven. And they shall move as the wind! And they shall move as the stars. And they will not know where they go or where they come. But, it will be MY SPIRIT that moves upon them! And I will breathe upon them a special blessing. And when I breathe upon MY ones a special blessing they will never have to be afraid, no longer! For I shall lead them in a gentle path. And I shall lead them beside the still waters. And I shall lead them in a straight path. And I will move upon them with MY power and MY anointing. And I shall give them a joy even though perilous powers of the enemy would face them. I would give them enough joy to ward off all powers, saith the Spirit of God.
The enemy, I say, he comes against thee daily. He comes into thy mind. He comes in thy night time. And thou must be very courageous! Thou must do a work as I have now called thee to do. I have called thee and commissioned thee that thou might be strong, that thou might be full of MY love, that thou would put on MY will: MY Spirit with thee, that MY blessings.
I say, thou must ward off the powers of the enemy as he addresses thee. Thou must take authority. And I have given thee the authority. I have given thee the NAME of the Savior: JESUS! I have given you HIS NAME! I have given thee all things.
And thou must be very obedient in this last days, that thou might be very courageous, that thou might defend those that are bound, that thou might do a work of an evangelist, that thou would do a work as a pastor, thou would do a work of a prophet, thou would do a work as a teacher, thou would do a work of an apostle, and thou would do the work of the helps that MY gifts might come into power, that MY blessings might be imparted into MY spirit of MY people, that they might be no longer lacking, but they would be as the ray of heaven that would shine on them, that MY people would come together, and MY Spirit would move in a mighty way.
As it was in the holy days when MY Spirit consumed, came down and touched the Temple. I wish to bring this to pass saith the Spirit of God, as MY people would gather and rally for ME in this day that they might encourage their selves, yea as David encouraged his heart, MY people must encourage yourself, daily. Thou must realize that thou art in a warfare, that thou must be VERY courageous, that thou must walk as a soldier of ME, that thou would no longer walk in the lackness of thy own infirmities, or thy own imperfections.
But, I have called thee in those inabilities. And it [your inability] is not able. I will make thee more than conquerors, through the things that the enemy has lied to you. He has lied to thee MY people. He has told thee that thou has made mistakes, that thou art a failure.
But, I AM here this night to encourage thee, to recall thee, that thou art not a failure if thou would walk in MY Spirit, if thou would regain and thou would no longer look back to where thou has come from. For I shall give thee a strength and a hope to go on in the times, that thou would visit and move upon this World as a minister for ME. For I say the days are very evil before thee. And MY people must be very courageous. They must walk in MY Spirit that they would no longer fulfill the lusts of the flesh that consumes many of MY ones.
MY warriors, many of MY warriors are defeated. But, I say they do not have to be. I say, if thou shall cast your cares upon ME, and give ME thy burdens, I the LORD thy GOD shall lift thee up! And it will be MY blessing and MY will. It will be MY joy to lift thee up! And I shall help thee, to hold thee with MY Spirit, that the enemy can no longer overtake thee, or come against thee, that thou would be a powerful people, if thou shall allow ME, and allow MY Spirit to take charge in thy lives, saith the Spirit of God.
Yea, if MY people will yield themselves to ME. And, yea, I say if they shall call upon MY NAME and visit ME, on a regular basis, I say, I will do a great work for MY people. I say, many of MY people get blessed once or twice in a season. And I say, then they vacate ME! They no longer have communion with ME.
And I AM seeking forth a people that will commune with ME, daily, that will ask of ME daily. And if they will ask greatly, and I say if they shall ask greatly, I will give them a large portion! And I shall bless them with that portion. And I say that portion shall be multiplied. And it shall be very fruitful. And it shall be very satisfying. And I say, it shall do a work. And it will not decay within their selves.
I say, every fruit, everything that thou eatest, in the natural, will decay. But, I say, THIS will not decay! It will live in your bosom. And if thou shall take time, invest thy time and thy labor in ME, I will see that, and I will do a work with those that will yield to ME and those that will call upon ME.
Am not I a just God?? Do not I know the hearts of all men? Do not I see the hearts of all MY people? Do not I see everything that goes forth saith the Spirit of God? Am not I able to do that? YEA! And, through that if thou will look to ME, and feel that I AM able, and trust and believe that I AM, I will do a work, saith the Spirit of God.
