Word From The Holy Spirit, January 27, 1996

I say, the enemy comes to tempt thee, daily. But thou must learn to resist him. Thou must realize that I allow thee, MY ones, to be tempted. I allow him to come against thee, that thou might grow, that thy wings might grow, spiritually to a stronger mode.
I say, if thou did not face these contests, daily, thou would be as a weak individual. But I say, as thou become an overcomer, and victorious day by day, I say, thy strength becomes more powerful, day by day. And I say, as your power becomes more powerful, then I allow the enemy to come more powerfully against you.
And I say, as YOUR power comes against THAT power, and as you increase more and more and more, I say, there will be a time when he will be TOTALLY dis-communicated from thee, if thou shall stand, faithful. I say, there shall be a time, if thou shall stand faithful through the tests that MY people face, and realize that I see every time. I AM very near! And I AM the referee of the situation.
And many times, I see how thou will react, MY ones. For I loveth thee! At that time, if thou could rally and say:
“If my God be for me who could be against me! I go on and I have a smile upon MY face, because I know MY GOD reigns within me! And MY God is more powerful than thee, O Satan!, that thou has come against me. And I know MY God! As David defeated Goliath, MY GOD will defeat thee!”
As MY Spirit is in thee, saith the Spirit of God. And, greater is HE that is within thee than he that is within the world!
And if thou, MY people, would realize that I look upon thee as a subject to this Land. I AM calling forth a remnant, very soon. And I view all Earth. And I see the capabilities of MY people. I see their wants. I see the things that disturb them. And I see the things that they love about ME. I see the things that they do not want to give back to ME. I see all the problems MY people face.
But, I AM there with a loving hand. I AM there with a loving call. I AM calling to MY people to come, that I the Lord thy God shall touch MY people. And I shall caress them as a lover would love his wife. Yea, as a man would love his wife, I, the same way! I will love MY wife, saith Jesus Christ! I will keep that one if MINE will come and say they are MY beloved.
It is MY desire to help that one! I AM there to strengthen that one. I would not scold that one, saith the Spirit of God, that comes and delights themselves in ME.
But, I say, the enemy tricks thee MY people. Many times when he is against thee, you think it is ME! I say, many times, I say the enemy is at thy door. And thou must realize that I allow this to take place, that thou might GROW into a beautiful flower.
At that day, thou would come to thy growth, thou would be a vessel of praise. In that time when I should come through the clouds of glory, that one that has put themselves in MY hand, has weighed out the thoughts that are before them, and has invested in ME, instead of seeking the things of this World.
I say, there is many that cannot weigh the difference! Many seek the lower things. Many seek the lesser things. And many are content, not coming close to ME. But I say, in that day I AM calling forth a remnant-people that will sell out, to ME.
Because, I say, the days before thee, MY people are very hard. I say, affliction of the enemy as it was in Egypt at that time when the task-masters came against MY people. I say, the enemy is going to be as a harsh task-master! And he knows the weakness of MY people. He knows where they are weak. And through this weakness he attacks thee, MY ones.
And, I AM able through that time of weakness to make thee strong, that [if] thou shall call upon MY NAME. It is MY delight in that time when he comes against thy weakness to strengthen thy vow, to help thee through the times of struggle, through the times of discouragement I AM THERE! Just call upon ME and I WILL deliver thee!
Come with a grateful heart, a heart of thanksgiving. I say, I hear MY people! And many are NOT thankful to ME! Many don’t praise ME! And I say, I wish MY people to praise ME. I wish MY people would continually thank ME, and be grateful to ME! And acknowledge ME in their lives, that I would walk beside them, daily! And they would commune with ME, daily!
It is MY delight to help that one. When he faces a crisis before them, to be upon their side. And the enemy, if thou shall draw nigh unto ME. Does not MY Word say, those that will seek MY face and draw nigh unto ME, I will make Myself known to them? And I shall make Myself witness to them!
[Suddenly at this point the message pouring through Brother Freedom stopped. Many felt the attack of the powers of darkness. They began to pray. It seemed as though the message would not go on. But then, when the evil was dealt with, the message began to pour forth again.]
I have a wholesomeness for thee and I have a blessing for thee. I say, the enemy sees this. And he wishes to kill and destroy everything that I have!
But I say, for those that will invest in ME, and give ME their heart, I say, and give it ALL THE WAY. And I say to MY people, that is the only way that MY people can have a sure guard around them! I say, if they give ME half of their heart, I CANNOT continually be around them!
I say, I love that one. But I say for those that will come and be singular to ME, and come and approach ME and say, “I want thee, MY Lord, and no one else!” With that kind of a loving attitude, I the Lord thy God shall baptize them with MY love! And I shall put MY ring upon their finger, even while they are here! And I shall know their mind! And even though they come against the powers of darkness that would come against THEM, they would NOT be moved! For MY SPIRIT is greater! But I say, when thou shall call upon ME and I say the enemy would come against thee, HE WILL BE DEFEATED, when thou would speak against him!
MY people must learn to be wise, WISE as serpents, as harmless as doves, moving through MY Spirit these last hours, that MY people might approach the problems, that they might be that DEFENDER of righteousness, as they would speak MY Words. And they would do as Moses. And they would speak to that sea to be opened up. It would be dry even though it was wet! And MY people must realize, these last days, that if they can believe in ME they will see greater things than even THAT! They shall see miracles, to MY people that can believe.
Did not MY Word say, verily, verily, he that believeth on ME the works that I do shall he do also? And greater works shall he do as I go to the Father. Whatsoever ye shall ask in MY Name that will I do, that the Father might be glorified through the Son. I would not put it in MY Word, saith the Spirit of God, if I did not MEAN it!
I MEAN IT, saith the Spirit of God! If MY people would realize that I HAVE ALL POWER! And the enemy hath enough power. But I say, with MY power you can defeat his power, IF you walk in MY love, walk in MY understanding, walk by MY commands!
I say what is wrong with MY people [is] they walk in their own commands! And their own commands become SELF, and their own commands, even though they are well meaning.
And they bring it out by great thinking, and great knowledge, and great development of their own understanding. And I say, through THAT, they cannot come against the powers they face! And I say, through THAT, they become VERY wounded. They become unfruitful. They become unable to understand, unable to COPE with what they are facing! And they become UN-equipped. They become alienated, from [as a result of] the things they are walking in, that they thought they were masters of, finding themselves blind, being defeated, not having a plan, not having a way. And they become that one that had a plan for man. And through THAT they have brought things down in their own hands. And through their own condition they have lost MY will! And they have lost the promises, because MY people must realize that I AM greater than MY people.
THEY HAVE TO WAIT — UPON ME! They have to learn to seek ME. They have to learn to call upon MY Name. And they have to learn to listen, saith the Spirit of God.
I say, MY people interfere, many times, to MY Words and decisions! MY people must learn that they must respect MY SPIRIT! As NOW, I AM speaking saith the Spirit of God, respect ME! Don’t respect the man that is speaking it, saith the Spirit of God! I AM HE that speaketh!!! I move through MY servants! And I say, MY servants the prophets, I speak to MY people in these days.
And, even though many do not regard THAT as wholesome, BUT IT IS FROM ME! I bring a delivery through MY Words, through a man. And I AM able, even through a man, that [if] any of thee, MY people would subject thyself, commit to ME, these things will happen to thee, saith the Spirit of God! For I have callings for each one of thee!
Be desirous of great gifts! Seek ME and seek out the fruit of thy life. I say, MY people must learn to have their fruit, MY FRUIT, in their life. And after THAT, after the fruit of MY SPIRIT becomes active in their life, then I will bring the gifts, after THAT, saith the Spirit of God. NOT BEFORE THAT!
I say, because MY people cannot tell it, many, I see their hearts. But I say, arise to ME, MY people. For I AM here to look to thee, to strengthen thee, to cause thee that thou might walk upright in these last days, that I might inspire thee, MY beloved.
COME, seek MY face. Call upon ME, while I AM here. I AM here with MY hands outstretched to thee, this night. For I loveth thee!!!!
And I say, the problems of the enemy are too powerful for thee and those around about thee. The only way that thou can win the battle in this last days is coming MY way, saith the Spirit of God. And MY way is: DIVORCING THE THINGS OF THIS WORLD, and having, no longer, activity in this World, allowing the Holy Spirit to live within thee, allowing MY Spirit to be partakers with thee. And through that man, that woman that will allow this to take place, it will be MY blessing, it will be MY love, it will be MY joy to come upon that one to bless that one in a very special way, in a very righteous way.
But MY people must NOW learn, at times, to learn to be quiet. LEARN TO HEAR what the SPIRIT says. Come close!
