“Spiritual Suicide” is a two word phrase that the Holy Spirit has been speaking to Brother Freedom recently. This is a horrible thing. We can hurt our bodies and cause physical suicide. But “spiritual suicide” is a much easier thing to do, a thing that can lead a human being into eternal torments. God does not desire HIS created ones to end up in the pit of eternal torture.
God makes it easy for us to receive God’s ways. But because of that ease of reception Satan can come along and easily cause us to receive death, eternal death, “spiritual suicide.”
Many Christian believers who are positive that they have a ticket into Heaven are spiritually blind, naked and deceived. They are committing “spiritual suicide” without even realizing what they are doing!
The anointing of the Holy Spirit, the Holy Ghost is the secret that will keep a Christian from derailing and getting off track. We cannot easily avoid “spiritual suicide” without the guidance of the Holy Ghost. Only foolish Christians avoid the fullness of the Holy Ghost. The Holy Spirit of God is the ONE appointed by God the Father and Jesus to guide us. We are not wise enough to avoid the pitfalls of life. But the Comforter (the Holy Spirit or Holy Ghost) is more than qualified to speak to us and guide us away from danger. Without the fullness we are blind and ill prepared. Satan’s spiritual land mines are more cleaver and tricky than we realize. The Holy Ghost anointing and fullness is so important to save us from “spiritual suicide.”
Brother Freedom proved the mighty guiding powers of the Holy Ghost. In this recording {at 18:52} he tells the story of how the Holy Spirit actually told him what the parts list would be for a broken piece of Caterpillar equipment. It was snowing in that mountain area and Brother Freedom dreaded having to take apart that machine in the snow to see what was wrong. But the Spirit of God said to him that the Spirit would tell him every part in advance, that Freedom wouldn’t even need get out of his truck. Later the shop mechanic was overwhelmed by the accuracy and detail of that parts list!
