8 Words From Heaven!
Brother Freedom continues to hear so much from the Lord that he cannot contain it. It just passes through him. Often he will say to me, “Brother Clint, the Lord said something so marvelous today.”
I have discovered that I too cannot retain those words for very long that Freedom shares with me, unless I scribble them down. God’s words are awesome and my memory for words is not that great. I’m better at remembering telephone numbers than words.
I have had a scrap of paper sitting on my desk for awhile waiting for me to post it here on the web. God gave these awesome words to Brother Freedom some time last fall and I’m just now getting around to posting them for your benefit. It is just eight words, but so powerful. The Lord HIMSELF spoke these words to Brother Freedom. Freedom told them to me and I scribbled them.
“A lifetime for a second equals eternity forever!”
At first the words seem like some kind of double talk…but trust me, this is deep stuff! I think these words convey many deep truths. But one of those truths that hit me is this:
Our lives compared to eternity are like one single second, even less than that. But what we do here on earth with God the Father, God the Son (Jesus) and God the Holy Ghost (the Holy Spirit) makes that tiny second of time equivalent to all eternity with God Almighty. How can that be?? It can be a reality in that the single second of life here produces the forever over there.
In the same manner what we do here in the flesh, in sin and wrongness for a second can produce an “eternity forever” of anglish, unless of course we get those sins covered by the blood of Jesus.
Eternity in Hell and the Lake of Fire is like having a huge knife eternally plunging into your chest, toward your heart, but never reaching the heart. Heaven is the blessing of having total life ever expanding, but never ceasing from growing greater and greater and better and better, forever and ever and ever.
But, sad to say, many, many people refuse to bow their knee to the wonderful loving God Almighty. They choose eternal death rather than to bow. But the Lord is so wonderful. I want to fall before HIM and love HIM forever and ever and ever. HE is worthy of all honor, all worship, all glory and all praise. I want to be with HIM forever.
